Individual Therapy

You deserve to feel heard and understood in a safe space without judgment.

Individual therapy provides you with an opportunity to work collaboratively with me; a licensed, trained mental health professional. I provide a safe, confidential, and positive environment which provides you with an opportunity to address and focus on whatever challenges you may be facing. I will support you in identifying opportunities for personal growth and provide practical strategies to help you live life on your own terms absent guilt, regret, or shame.

 How Individual Therapy Works

….no strings attached! Finding the right therapist is the most important step you can take in your healing/recovery. Give me a call, let’s chat and see if we have a connection. Doesn’t feel right? That’s ok to! I am more than happy to provide you with a referral to another therapist who may be a better fit for your needs.
